Rates include one standard courier fee and consumer debt payoffs.


E-Recording Fee: $5 per document to e-recorded.

Competitor Rates: Fig may elect to match any competitors written escrow fee quote.

SECOND MORTGAGE RATES: The escrow fee for a simultaneous second mortgage that requires a separate settlement statement from the first shall be $250.00.

Government Entities: Shall be negotiated in writing based upon the anticipated amount of work necessary to complete the escrow closing services.


CHARITABLE DISCOUNTS: Fig reserves the right to reduce any rate herein when the party being charged is a charitable or non-profit entity.

BUILDER/DEVELOPMENT RATE: A reduced rate of 60% will be charged for the seller's portion of the regular schedule fee for customers who have 4 or more sales of lots in a single subdivision or condominium.

GOVERNMENT DISCOUNT: When escrow closing services are requested by governmental agencies, Fig reserves the right to negotiate escrow rates based on the work necessary to meet the terms set forth in the transaction.


1031 Exchanges: Additional work charges may apply, please call for quote.

ADDITIONAL WORK CHARGES: North Meridian Title and Escrow reserves the right to adjust the escrow fee and/or include additional expenses to compensate for additional work requirements necessary to meet the terms set forth in the transaction.

COMMERCIAL AND SPECIAL PROJECTS: Please call for quote. Fees will be calculated based on the amount of work and liability.

COURTESY SIGNING FEE: Loan package: $200.00, Seller's package: $150.00

MOBILE HOME TITLE ELIMINATION: If the transaction includes a transfer or elimination of title on a mobile home an additional processing fee of $300 will be added.

SHORT SALE/HUD TRANSACTION: $300. *Additional work charges may apply.

SUB ESCROWS: $250.00 and wire fees.

Reconveyance Fee: $475.00.

Reconveyance Fee with lost Note and Deed of Trust: $475.00.

Mobile Notary Seller Package: $150

Mobile Notary Buyer or Refinance Borrower Loan Doc Package: $200

SALES TAX: All fees are subject to Washington State sales tax and local sales tax, when applicable.
